Marksman Crossings

Built to hit the mark.

HDBs, Typicals and Engineered crossings. A highly qualified, experienced team from the field to the boardroom. Four rigs with pullback capabilities up to 242,100 lb, in-house survey, design and steering, all pointed at a custom HDD package tailored to your exact project needs.

The mark

Scaled to the crossing. Steered by the data.

We are built to deliver crossings on the most efficient schedule, and to step up to the most demanding execution when conditions call for it. Same crews, same crossings, no starting over.

Multiple routes are planned before the rig lands, and our people, equipment and plan are built to scale as the crossing requires. Each route builds on the one before it, so every hour and every dollar keeps moving your crossing forward. Whatever we find, we are ready for it.

Here is what we promise.

  1. Multiple routes to the finish, planned before you sign. Our primary route targets the most expedited schedule with the lowest commercial impact. Realistic alternatives are planned from there, each one scheduled and priced.
  2. One setup that covers the range. The tooling, tracking, technical services and crew to take a simple bore to a technical one are on hand or lined up before the rig lands.
  3. When conditions change, we keep moving. The next plan is already approved, so we switch on shift instead of sitting on standby.
  4. High-value, real-time data sets the path forward. Every 12 hours, you get vetted, interpreted field data in one standard package. It guides every critical decision and lays out the path forward, weighed for risk and commercial impact.

That is the mark. Every decision we make is in the best interest of our client and the project.

What we drill

Three classes of crossing, one team and one standard.

HDBs

Non-engineered

HDBs rarely come with the full picture. We show up prepared, handle what the site gives us and keep the job moving through to completion.

Typicals

Non-engineered, designed anyway

We treat every Typical like it matters. We design the profile, plan multiple routes and line up the equipment and people before the rig lands, so if conditions call for more, we step up without starting over.

Engineered

Stamped design

The engineer sets the plan. We bring the equipment, crews and discipline to execute it. When conditions change, real-time data goes straight to the design team, so every adjustment is made with them, not around them.
